Extrusion Operatives Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manufacturing weather seals in a safe manner. Responsible for the replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production. Carrying out quality control checks on profiles. Working in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets (OEE, Scrap, OTIF, Quality Standards, Throughput and Productivity). Working as part of the team on agreed objectives with Section Leader and Production Manager. Actively promote ''Best and safe Practice'' in all areas. Supporting Section Leader in achieving objectives. Ensure informative handover is effectively communicated to succeeding operator, any points of note written, signed and dated; in handover book. 5s Projects. Ensure production KPI targets are understood & achieved. Maintain high standard of housekeeping & H&S standards in dept & factory. Utilize equipment, plant, and materials in most effective manner.
