Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced Extrusion Operative to join a busy and expanding production environment.

As an Extrusion Operative, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring extrusion production lines to ensure high-quality output and efficient production performance.

• Set up and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to required specifications
• Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and assemble components for machinery
• Package products in line with customer procedures
• Carry out general production duties and departmental cover as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Support production management with continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with thermoplastic and/or extrusion processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures
• Flexible approach to supporting different production areas

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 7:00am – 7:00pm (days)
• 7:00pm – 7:00am (nights)
