Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator

Location: Holmfirth, Huddersfield

Pay: -12.71 - -18.00 p/hr

Our long standing client have a busy manufacturing site based in Holmfirth and they are looking for more people to join their thriving production team. There will be full training given on the job role and there is the potential that this job can result in long term employment for the right person.

PLEASE NOTE TRAINING WILL BE 2 - 3 MONTHS ON DAYS AND THEN THE ROLE WILL BE PERMANENT NIGHTS

Job Responsibilities

• Working machinery to produce large extruded materials.
• Tool changes
• Keen eye for detail and ability to identify any imperfections.
• Joining of different materials for a continuous production.
• Loading and unloading of new and full rolls.
• Using hand tools to trim any excess product throughout the manufacturing process.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Past machine / manufacturing experience.
• Ideally have plastic extrusion experience.
• Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Ideally have your own PPE and transport.

Hours:

Days - Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm & Friday 8am - 5pm (TRAINING WILL BE ON DAYS)

Nights - Mon - Thurs 6pm - 6am
