Salary - 32,104 - 33,306Shift Pattern - 4 on (2 Days 07.00-19.00 and 2 Nights 19.00-07.00) 4 offLM Talent Solutions are recruiting an experienced extrusion operative on behalf of our client, a progressive and growing manufacturing company based in LeedsWith a strong focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement this is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, where you will play a key part in maintaining performance, quality, and safety standards while supporting ongoing process improvements.Role SummaryAs an extrusion operator, you will be responsible for maintaining daily production, quality, and waste KPIs, while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, BRC, and ISO standards. You will support the Senior Operator when required and contribute to a flexible, team-oriented environment where priorities can shift quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and Process Control Operate blown film extrusion lines to meet daily production targets Maintain production checks and sample retention to ensure all products meet specification Accurately complete all documentation in line with BRC/ISO requirements Perform order changes and basic machine adjustments Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency Ensure effective shift handovers Support machine shutdown activities including cleaning, die strip, and breakdown Operate auxiliary equipment including silo blower and resin drier Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, ISO, BRC, and ..... full job details .....
