MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide a safe and healthy workplace with responsibility for all QHSE compliance for both CBRE and supplier partners. 2. Ensure to manage and supervise extra works within the portfolio and oversee the delivery of additional works, planned maintenance reactive tasks. The delivery of service excellence. Ensure structures support peaks and troughs in workload, and disaster recovery. 3. Ensure CBRE engineers or 3rd party sub-contractors / vendors, ensuring all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard and post holders are fully competent, and that effective project planning arrangements are in place. 4. Working with other CBRE service lines on the account to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues. 5. Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met. 6. Day to day supervision of the onsite sub-contractors including technical support. 7.
