Extra Care Scheme Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONExtra Care homes at The Guinness Partnership offer purpose-built apartments for older people, combining independent living with additional support when needed, enabling residents to live confidently and independently. We have an opportunity for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to join our team in Ivybridge, on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As an Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an effective intensive housing management service to residents. You will provide high-quality, person-centred housing support that enhances residents quality of life, promotes independence and privacy, and sustains a vibrant, safe and inclusive community. You will manage all day-to-day operations of the scheme, including the overall Health and Safety, line management of scheme staff, oversight of tenancy and leasehold matters, and uphold high standards of service delivery. Working closely with residents, internal teams, the on-site Care Team, and external agencies, you will ensure that residents receive appropriate support, have choice and control, and live in an environment that meets their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Travel to other sites in Devon will be required as a part of this role, therefore, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
