Package & Benefits
- Salary of -32,000 to -34,000 per annum.

The Role
As the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will:
- Take full operational responsibility for an established Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop a motivated care team, creating a positive and supportive working culture.
- Drive quality improvement, audits and continuous service development to achieve excellent CQC outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, governance requirements and internal policies.
- Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, occupancy, KPIs and operational performance to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
- Support the continued success and growth of the service through strong operational leadership.
To be successful, you''ll have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within adult social care, Extra Care, domiciliary care, community care or Supported Living services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to adult social care.
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards, audits and KPIs.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams while creating a positive working culture.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care and continually improving services.
