Registered Manager - Extra Care Location: Kirkby, Liverpool Salary: Up to £35,125 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Contract: Permanent Are you an experienced Manager looking for your next opportunity? P4 Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a national health and social care organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large and established Extra Care service in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of older adults. About the Service The service supports almost 100 older adults to live as independently as possible within their own apartments in a purpose-built Extra Care complex. The successful Registered Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality, compliance and performance of the service, ensuring people receive safe, dignified and person-centred care. You will lead a substantial staff team, with approximately 10-12 staff working during the day and 2 staff at night, providing support around the clock.
