The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reinforced concrete works, pre-pour inspections, groundworks, utilities coordination, drainage, district heating installations and waterproof concrete works. The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective subcontractor management and a hands-on approach to ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to specification and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: RC Works: Oversee reinforced concrete works, including reinforcement, formwork, pre-pour inspections and concrete quality checks. Pre-Pour Checks: Ensure all inspections, approvals, setting-out, reinforcement and embedded items are signed off prior to concrete pours.
