      <description>Location: Brixton | Salary: &amp;pound;65000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | About the role of External Site Manager   Be part of a team to oversee the whole build process on a 500+ unit, mixed use, high rise, RC frame, student accommodation and residential scheme. You would be overseeing the full externals, from foundation, piling, frame and fa-ade.     This project is with a leading residential developer, who are renowned for huge projects across London and the UK. This is a prestigious phase on a long term scheme, bringing thousands of homes to London. Reporting into PD.      Responsibilities for External Site Manager    Working on a flagship project for a tier one developer.  Managing full externals from groundworks up.  Managing site managers and pushing the programme.       Requirements for External Site Manager    Experience working in large scale, residential projects.  Experience working externals on construction schemes.  Ideally an SM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
