They are seeking an experienced External Site Manager to oversee key elements of the external works packages, including windows, brickwork, scaffolding, and GRC fa ades, on a major live site. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all external envelope works on a multi-phase residential project.Oversee subcontractor performance across brickwork, scaffolding, window installation, and GRC fa ade systems.Ensure works are completed to programme, quality, and safety standards.Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and commercial team to manage progress and resolve technical issues.Maintain compliance with company HandS procedures and statutory regulations.Drive quality assurance on all external elements to achieve a best-in-class finish.
