You will manage the statutory and regulatory team in an FCA regulated environment. This role will require 1 or 2 days per week in our Leeds or Harrogate office. What will you do as an External Reporting Manager? This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more: Be responsible for the co-ordination of year-end process of the annual financial statements. Ensure annual financial statements are in compliance with IFRS and legal requirements. Manage the relationship with external auditors and tax advisers. Deliver regulatory, tax and other external reporting deliverables. Be involved in legal entity life cycle activities during the corporate expansion plans.
