The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with partners across a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients.The RoleThis position is approximately 80% audit and 20% accounts, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing external audit assignments while maintaining involvement in accounts preparation and client advisory work.Key ResponsibilitiesAuditLead audit assignments from planning through to completion.Conduct risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies.Review audit work, prepare reports and present findings to clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Liaise directly with partners and clients throughout the audit process.Accounts and TaxPrepare statutory accounts under UK GAAP and FRS 102.Prepare and review working papers and financial statements.Assist with corporation tax computations and returns.Respond to client accounting and compliance queries.Liaise with HMRC and ..... full job details .....
