Exterior Cleaning Technician

Cannins Ltd is a well established exterior cleaning company based in Evesham and working across the North Cotswolds. We look after a wide range of beautiful homes and estates where high standards and attention to detail are essential.

We are now looking for a new Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our friendly team. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a supportive team.

The Role

You will be carrying out a range of exterior cleaning services for our customers, including:

• Window cleaning using modern water fed pole systems

• Gutter clearance and cleaning

• Fascia and soffit cleaning

• Conservatory roof cleaning

• General exterior property cleaning tasks

Our work takes place at a variety of properties across the North Cotswolds. Many of these are high quality homes where presentation and customer service are very important.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• No weekend work

• Bank holidays off

• Christmas shutdown period

You will normally begin work on site at 8:00am, so you will travel directly to the first job of the day.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary starting from £27,040 per year

• Weekly pay

• Around 40 hours per week

• Pay increases as your skills and productivity improve

Training

No previous window cleaning experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Your initial training will include a training weekend with the team to help you learn the systems and working methods we use.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role you must:

• Hold a full UK driving licence

• Have space to park a company van at home overnight

• Be comfortable working at height and using ladders

• Be physically fit as the role involves lifting equipment

• Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons

• Have a smart appearance and polite manner when dealing with customers
