First People Solutions is working with a leading consulting engineer that is continuing to grow its Renewable Energy Infrastructure team.

With a strong pipeline of major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, they''re looking to recruit Project, Senior and Principal Civil Engineers to support the delivery of a range of exciting developments.

We''re keen to speak with civil engineers from a variety of backgrounds. Whether your experience is in infrastructure, highways, drainage or heavy civils, your skills are highly transferable into the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working within a consulting engineering/design environment
• Strong civil infrastructure design experience, including highways, drainage, earthworks or general infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or similar design software
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams and delivering projects through design stage

For Senior & Principal level applicants, you''ll also have:

• Experience leading the design and delivery of complex civil engineering projects
• The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers while providing technical guidance
• Confidence managing client relationships and taking ownership of projects
• Chartered status (or be working towards Chartership)
