Express Agent

Right Now Group is seeking an experienced Express Agent to join our Express Operations team based at Heathrow Airport.This role involves overseeing express cargo operations within a secure facility while also performing accurate data capture and administrative duties within our operations office. Full training will be provided across all operational areas.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, airlines, and warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities of an Express AgentOversee the build-up of courier traffic for aircraft dispatchTransfer operational data from paper documents into airline systemsNotify airlines of final load informationLiaise with customers and airlines regarding space allocationsVerify data accuracy against source documentationReceive and process deliveries for express productsSort, scan, and organise paperwork to ensure completenessAssist with warehouse operations as requiredHandle import shipment queries from customers and airlinesRaise irregularity reports where necessaryUpdate and maintain the Daily ULD ReportWork independently while supporting and guiding a small teamSalary:£30,000 per annumShift:4 on 4 offHours: 10:00 to 22:00Requirements Knowledge of the airline cargo industryPrevious experience as a data entry clerk within the airline industryStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong customer service and telephone skillsAbility to manage and support a small teamFive ..... full job details .....
