Duties:- Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express Clients Order processing from start to finish including but not limited to Boxtop creation, warehouse pick, tie up of paperwork, customer system KPI management Follow up and resolve all any operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations with regional depots To promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up through telephone sales, prospect follow up and quotations.
