Export Team Leader

Inspire resourcing is recruiting an Export Team Leader for our client, a well-established and growing business supplying consumable products to customers across the global market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Export Team Leader to manage international customer accounts and lead a small export team. As Export Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Export Account Coordinators while ensuring exceptional service is delivered to a portfolio of over 900 international customer accounts. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, managing export processes, coordinating sample shipments, and ensuring all opportunities are followed through from enquiry to order. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong export administration knowledge, and experience using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot. Duties include: Lead, motivate and support a team of 3 Export Account Coordinators. Manage and develop relationships with over 900 active customer accounts worldwide. Utilise HubSpot CRM to track customer activity, manage pipelines, record communications, and identify sales opportunities. Coordinate the dispatch of product samples to prospective and existing customers. Proactively follow up sample deliveries to generate sales opportunities and obtain customer feedback.
