Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Export Team Leader to manage international customer accounts and lead a small export team. As Export Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Export Account Coordinators while ensuring exceptional service is delivered to a portfolio of over 900 international customer accounts. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, managing export processes, coordinating sample shipments, and ensuring all opportunities are followed through from enquiry to order. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong export administration knowledge, and experience using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
