Liaising with customers, government border agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient customs compliance and export operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer service and export operations, taking a hands on approach and taking corrective actions where applicable. Arranging logistics providers, export certifications and commissions, managing customs procedures and assisting with pricing enquiries. Point of contact for trade compliance, customs and Export control procedures and trade finance.
