The successful candidate will oversee air freight operations, supporting the manager with leading a team to ensure compliant, timely and profitable shipment processing, arranging export shipments and managing customs brokerage for high value goods in line with client requirements.This is a full time, in office role - Mon to Fri - Salary £47kDuties Include:Plan and manage air freight shipments from start to finish, including customs clearance in both the UK and at the destination, in line with customer requirements.Issue MAWB, HAWB, manifest, and any other required shipping documents.Prepare and submit customs documentation, including export declarations, export licenses, CITES, and ATA Carnets, and apply for Carnets and CITES permits as required.Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.
