Ensuring all mail in answered in a timely and professional manner. Complete and in depth understanding of our software platform in this  case Multifreight SCS and Multished Ensuring any given Job within Multifreight complies with the ISO  requirements and relating ISO Flow Charts To ensure timely Invoicing of Files – This includes chasing up of other departments who may be rating up a  specific job/s. In conjunction with the Invoicing, to ensure each and every file at time of  Invoicing has a full set of accurate costs processed in line with the  company’s month end practices. Ensuring stock levels of MAWB’s are readily available and updated and  ensuring stock levels of the labels for the MAWB / HAWB printer are  sufficient.
