Export Shipping Coordinator

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Create shipping documentation, including Invoices and Packing Lists.- Issue documentation to customers and logistics providers for outbound shipments.- Book collections with freight forwarders and couriers.- Prepare documents for submission to the chamber of commerce - Certificate of Origin, EUR1, etc.- Handle Dangerous Goods shipments, ensuring compliance with current regulations.- Investigate and resolve delivery issues reported by customers or the Customer Relationship Team.- Support the Logistics Team to meet customer-required dates.- Escalate sales order errors to the Customer Relationship Team that may prevent shipment.- Assist with booking in Sales Return Order processes.- Provide import instructions to logistics providers for sales returns and service items.- Provide holiday and sickness cover within the team.- Ensure transportation standards and legal compliances are adhered to for all shipments.- Advise other departments of shipping costs, weights, and dimensions.- ..... full job details .....
