&#(phone number removed); About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Lead Export Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Export Account Management team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on export compliance

&#(phone number removed); Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Export Account Managers.
• Liaise with Export Warehouse Teams, agents, and remote contacts to ensure seamless order transitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to manage inter-plant transfers and import documentation.
• Raise and monitor export licence documentation.
• Support back-to-back sales processes, including requisitions and supplier follow-ups.
• Create export paperwork and arrange shipping during peak periods or absences.
• Manage export packaging and stock levels of customer-specific items.
• Maintain accurate systems and procedures to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Prepare KPI data and attend customer meetings to review order books and forecasts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Commercially aware and self-motivated.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of export Incoterms and import procedures is advantageous.

• Based at the Chesterfield facility with minimal travel required.
• Collaborative team environment with regular interaction across departments including Production, Procurement, Quality, and IT.
