This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in export administration, logistics, sales support or customer service who enjoys working in a busy environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Location: Basildon Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders from receipt through to dispatch. Prepare export and shipping documentation. Coordinate shipments and liaise with freight providers. Manage customer accounts and handle enquiries by telphone and email. Process sample requests and maintain accurate customer records. Set up new customer accounts and monitor outstanding orders. Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
