This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate export shipments via air and sea freightArrange bookings with shipping lines and carriersOrganise collections and ensure deadlines are metComplete export documentation, including Certificates of OriginHandle customs entries and declarationsLiaise with customers, hauliers, warehouses, and overseas agentsPrepare and send pre-alerts to international partnersMonitor shipments to ensure vessels/flights are metComplete invoicing and post-shipment follow-upsAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' experience in export freight forwarding (air and sea)Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs proceduresExperience using systems such as CNS, Destin8, or ..... full job details .....
