We are seeking a detail-focused Export Groupage Operator to join our growing team at London Gateway.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking logistics business where your expertise will directly support efficient international freight operations and customer service delivery.The RoleYou will play a key role in managing European groupage movements, ensuring freight is delivered efficiently from origin to final destination.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating European groupage shipments across multiple routesManaging the end-to-end movement of freight (international and domestic)Liaising with customers, overseas agents, and suppliersHandling customs documentation and ensuring complianceCalculating rates, costs, and chargeable weight (taxable kilos)Working collaboratively within a team of 15 (and a wider team of 50)What We Are Looking ForWe are keen to speak with candidates who have:Minimum 2 years'' experience in European road freight operationsStrong understanding of groupage services and routingConfidence in manual cost calculations and pricing structuresKnowledge of customs processes and documentationExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat Is On OfferCompetitive salary ..... full job details .....
