We are recruiting for an experienced Air Export Gateway Coordinator to join a busy freight forwarding operation based at Heathrow.The role will involve coordinating export air freight shipments, managing airline bookings and capacity, preparing customs documentation, and ensuring shipments meet operational deadlines.Key responsibilities:Coordinate export air freight bookings and shipmentsManage airline schedules, capacity, allocations and ULD buildsPrepare export and customs documentationLiaise with airlines, handling agents, customers and internal teamsManage customer enquiries and meet agreed KPIsComplete CASS invoicing, cost accruals and month-end processesEnsure compliance with customs, security and company proceduresSupport continuous improvement and efficient day-to-day operationsExperience RequiredPrevious Air Export Gateway experience - essentialGood knowledge of Customs / CDS Strong customer service and communication skillsFreight forwarding experienceCargoWise experience advantageousASM Sequoia / WebCargo experience desirable Sunday-Thursday, ..... full job details .....
