Export Customs Supervisor Location: Northampton (with hybrid working available after probation) Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends) Salary: 30,000 - 34,000 Per Annum Role Overview Our client is a global logistics and supply chain management company, integrating road, air and sea transport services. They have an exciting opportunity for an Export Customs Supervisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis! The successful candidate will lead the export customs function during the day shift and will be responsible for overseeing export clearance activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting a team to deliver accurate and timely processing of shipments. This role is ideal for a confident Team Leader who thrives in a structured, fast-moving operational environment. Full customs training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day export customs operations Ensure export declarations are completed accurately and submitted on time Allocate and manage workloads within the export team Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members Act as the main escalation point for export queries and issues Coordinate with internal departments, carriers, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal procedures (training provided) Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness Identify and support process improvements within the export function About You Proven experience in a ..... full job details .....
