Coordinate shipments with hauliers, freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers and customers. Assist with customs clearance and ensure documentation meets all relevant requirements. Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates where required. Check the accuracy of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and related paperwork. Maintain accurate records of shipments and customs documentation. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
