Description

As an Export Customer Service Representative you will be first point of contact for customers providing quotations handling the initial enquiry and taking orders alongside processing onto the system.

You will deal with each customers journey from start to finish ensuring a smooth order process an efficient delivery and organise export documentation providing a smooth shipping experience.

The role will be building excellent relationships up selling a range of products and services to further any business opportunity.

There will be lots of administrative duties managing customer accounts and providing first call resolution for each client.

Previous export and customer service experience

A keen eye for detail and organisation skills

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced setting

Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships
