Our clients have an exciting opportunity for an Export Customer Services Advisor to join their growing team, close to Havant.-
The Customer Services Advisor will be responsible for supporting the Export Sales teams by managing customer enquiries, ensuring quotations are delivered on time, and helping to coordinate export logistics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage incoming sales-related enquiries via phone and email.
- Administer documentation for Letters of Credit and other international payment methods.
- Liaise with Operations to expedite export projects and resolve delays.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and host visits by clients, designers, and regulatory authorities to company sites or reference projects.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within export or technical environments.

Mon to Thurs 08:00-16:30 & Fri 08:00-14:30
