The role requires excellent attention to detail, knowledge of customs and export regulations, and the ability to coordinate with clients, galleries, shippers, and regulatory bodies to ensure items are transported securely and on schedule. Salary: -30k35k depending on experience Location: Office-based - Feltham, Middlesex Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 Key Responsibilities Prepare and review export documentation, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Coordinate shipments via air freight, courier, road freight, and sea freight. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
