Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a proactive and customer-focused Ocean Export professional to their operations team. Following successful completion of probation, employees benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home. The Role As an Ocean Export Operator, you will be responsible for managing export shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Managing FCL and LCL export shipments from start to finish Liaising with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers Creating and checking shipping documentation Coordinating bookings and monitoring shipment progress Providing customers with shipment updates and resolving operational queries Arranging customs requirements where applicable Ensuring all shipments comply with company procedures and industry regulations ..... full job details .....
