We are partnering with a successful and growing logistics provider seeking an Air Export Operations Coordinator to join their Southampton-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced international operation where you''ll play a key role in ensuring air export shipments are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage air export shipments from booking through to departure. Coordinate airline bookings and secure the most suitable routing and rates. Prepare and process all export documentation, including HAWBs, MAWBs, customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists and Dangerous Goods paperwork where required. Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, airline requirements, aviation security procedures and international trade standards. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues. Arrange collections and deliveries with approved transport partners. Provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents throughout the shipment lifecycle. Ensure cargo is correctly manifested and customs-cleared ahead of departure. Handle specialist cargo requirements, including temperature-controlled, dangerous goods, high-value and time-critical shipments. Build ..... full job details .....
