Export Coordinator

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Transport and Logistics company in Lichfield to recruit for a Import/Export Coordinator

Salary - -28,000

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm- - 37.5hrs

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Daily duties / responsibilities

• Manage import/export operations to/from Belgium
• Plan and schedule daily shipments, consolidating loads efficiently
• Liaise with UK & EU agents, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries/collections
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues
• Prepare and manage import documentation in line with current customs regulations
• Prepare and manage export documentation in line with current customs regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and support, keeping clients informed throughout the process, responding to queries in a timely manner
• Invoice customers-
• ADR/Hazardous/DGN knowledge advantageous -
• Customs / Incoterms knowledge preferable

For this role you will need to have previous experience within a Import or Export role !
