Export Clerk

New role available for an experienced Air Freight Export clerk to join a well established Freight Forwarder based at Heathrow.Company benefits include 25 days holiday, pension and healthcare benefits and the opportunity for hybrid working.Working within a small friendly team processing air Freight Export shipments including the operational handling of export shipments, including preparing documentation, making airline bookings, completing export clearances and tracking shipments, liaising with internal customer service to provide updates and deliver a high-quality service.Minimum of 2 years Air Freight export experience is essential including -End-to-end working knowledge of freight forwarding processes and procedures.Export customs entry experience.Developing relationships with service providers and offering excellent customer service.Dealing with internal teams to ensure client KPIs are achieved and exceeded.Shipment profitability and margin management.Negotiation and relationship-building with suppliers.CargoWise experience would be an advantageMon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working after initial training ..... full job details .....
