Export and Logistics Coordinator Pontardawe Full-time £13.44 p/hr About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Export and Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring customer orders are shipped efficiently, compliantly, and on time across international markets. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and international logistics coordination. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards within the logistics function while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process export shipments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met. Liaise with the sales team to process orders and manage export documentation. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements. Carry out export compliance audits and sanctions checks for new customer accounts. Prepare shipping and customs documentation for international shipments. Generate documentation for dangerous goods shipments. Coordinate shipments via sea, air, and road freight. Liaise with freight forwarders, overseas agents, and suppliers to arrange shipments. Calculate freight costs and support logistics planning. Use D365 for order picking, despatch, and invoicing activities. Use Salesforce and D365 to process customer returns and complaints. Maintain accurate records, ..... full job details .....
