Key Accountabilities –   Carry out assessment of goods, analysing technical data to identify the key characteristics of the Goods, liaising with equipment specialists from Leonardo and vendors, to acquire the necessary information to ensure accurate classification. Then employing a systematic process as required by the UK Government, determine the appropriate UK Trade / Commodity Codes (import and export) in accordance with the HMRC Trade Tariff codes regulations and codification process. Create records of the salient information and references used in assessments, for reference and traceability.
