Export Administrator

A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting an Export Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Daily management of all Export BookingsEnsuring client''s needs and expectations are metAssisting with sales leads that come into the departmentOversee and coordinate multi-modal export shipments, ensuring timely deliveryMaintain compliance with relevant regulations and other relevant export standards to ensure all shipments meet legal requirements.Liaise with 3rd party logistic providers, carriers, customs authorities, and internal departments to facilitate smooth export operations.Manage CRM software for lead generation, customer communication, and sales management activitiesNegotiate rates and terms with logistics providers and suppliers.Support sales teams in B2B sales initiatives by providing accurate data entry, shipment updates, and logistical support.Assist in the development of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.Maintain detailed records of export transactions, shipment statuses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.Booking and handling of general export bookings and enquiriesManaging collections/overseas deliveries and customs documentsInvoicing for export departmentEnsuring all costs and shipments are accurately logged in the systemSkills and ..... full job details .....
