Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing and highly regarded international brand, is seeking an experienced and organised Export Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to play a key role in supporting global operations and delivering outstanding service to international customers across 60 countries.

Role Summary:

As an Export Administrator, you will be the primary liaison for international clients, ensuring efficient processing of orders, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout the customer journey. From managing export documentation to supporting logistics and sales planning, this varied role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international sales trips by assisting with appointment scheduling, travel logistics, and customer communications
  • Process enquiries, orders, and service requests from global customers with professionalism and efficiency
  • Liaise with logistics partners to track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all export documentation complies with relevant regulations
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries while upholding service standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Share feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing service improvement
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, in an export or international trade setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage 200, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Adobe
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with shipping documentation and international logistics is advantageous
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
