This is an opportunity to use your knowledge of export documentation, letters of credit and shipping processes in a role where accuracy really counts. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, banks and internal teams, helping ensure documentation is produced correctly, securely and on time. The Opportunity: As an Export Administrator you’ll play a key role in: • Producing accurate and timely export shipping documentation that meets customer, market and security requirements. • Managing export Letters of Credit, including reviewing requirements, supporting amendments and preparing accurate presentations in line with terms • Preparing bank collections, Certificates of Origin, Cargo Tracking Notes and other market-specific documentation and online applications. • Liaising confidently with customers, suppliers, banks, shipping lines and internal teams to resolve documentation queries and keep shipments moving. • Supporting pre-shipment inspections, Bills of Lading and shipment recor...
