Expert Leadership and Performance Coach

Davies consulting has various service lines, one of which is People Development. This role sits in this area and is specifically within the Expert Products area, focusing on the design, delivery and evolution of development solutions for expert professionals. What do we mean by ''expert professionals''?Experts are highly skilled professionals whose impact comes from specialist knowledge, judgement and credibility rather than formal authority. They solve complex problems, provide trusted advice and influence organisational outcomes through expertise. Our programmes help experts develop influence, consulting capability, communication, stakeholder management, executive presence and commercial awareness. Key examples would be software engineers, compliance officers or financial controllers. The successful candidate will combine client consultation, learning design and learning facilitation learning to help clients maximise their influence, effectiveness and contribution. Key Responsibilities Build trusted and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues - working with clients to ascertain bespoke training requirementsExecute expert development programmes; design and delivery both virtually and in-personDevelop new learning content, workshops and development solutions. Support the evolution of the Expert Products portfolioWork with clients to identify development needs and recommend solutions.
