This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to focus exclusively on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate and Estate Administration. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of both straightforward and complex private client matters while delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft simple and complex Wills, including bespoke estate planning and asset protection arrangements.Advise on, prepare and register Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney, including complex business LPAs.Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters, including taxable estates and intestacy cases.Provide advice on inheritance tax and estate planning matters.Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, HMRC and other professional advisers.Deliver a high standard of client care, providing clear, practical and empathetic advice.Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive private client solutions.
