The successful candidate will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, supporting them both in the classroom and in small-group interventions across a range of subjects.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:Support students with SEND to access learning and reach their full potential.Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in the classroom.Work alongside teachers to deliver effective learning support across a variety of subjects.Assist with small-group and one-to-one interventions.Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.Support behaviour management strategies and promote positive student outcomes.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Is patient, proactive, and committed to student progress.Works well as part of a team.Has experience working with young people or SEND students (desirable but not essential).Why Apply?Join a highly ..... full job details .....
