The successful candidate will work with adults, carers and families with a range of complex and long-term needs, supporting people to achieve greater independence, choice and control. You will work within a strength-based and personalised approach, ensuring practice is underpinned by the Care Act 2014, safeguarding principles and social inclusion. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of colleagues, including newly qualified social workers, AYSEs and Care Navigators.
