The Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the first point of contact for adult safeguarding concerns across Wiltshire. The team provides a single, central point for adult safeguarding concerns, ensuring that concerns are reviewed quickly, information is shared effectively between partner agencies, and safeguarding decisions are made in a coordinated way. Following some changes, our Adults Multiagency Safeguarding Hub has an exciting new opportunity - Experienced Social Worker.   The Experienced Social Worker will provide skilled safeguarding interventions, offers peer guidance and practice support where appropriate and work collaboratively with partner agencies to manage risk and achieve positive outcomes.
