Skills Needed Part Qualified ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA Strong experience within service charges, property finance or housing finance, with a good understanding of rent and service charge accounting. Experience across budgeting, reconciliations, accruals and year-end accounts, with strong Excel and data reporting skills.
