Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs and conducting inspections. Our Service Advisors work with customers to understand their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and liaise with our technicians to convey the customers'' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
