A well-established accountancy business is looking for an Experienced Senior Accountant to take responsibility for reviewing client work, resolving technical queries and supporting the development of junior colleagues. Based in Coventry, this is a role for someone who enjoys varied client work, takes pride in getting the detail right and wants genuine responsibility rather than simply a larger workload. The Role The focus is on ensuring work is accurate, technically sound and delivered to a consistently high standard. You''ll still be involved in preparation where needed, but a meaningful part of your time will be spent reviewing work, providing technical guidance and helping others develop. The client portfolio includes owner-managed businesses, limited companies, partnerships and larger consolidated groups, giving you plenty of variety and requiring strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
